I would add Woad, which is pretty much the same chemical as you get from Indigofera -- both yielding indigo. But woad was available in Europe, and indigo is from central Asia. Also, woad has less of the chemical than Indigofera, so it sends to come out a shade closer to aqua, as it will have proportionately more adulteration from other plant chemicals.
